Terms and Conditions

By placing an order with PointCast, operated by Digital Dialog LLC (1209 Orange Street, Wilmington, Delaware 19801, USA, registration number 7653990), you agree to these Terms.

1. What we sell
All products sold by PointCast are digital, delivered electronically. We do not sell or ship physical goods. Our catalog includes ebooks, investment alerts, market reports, webinars, and educational consultations/courses covering FX, cryptocurrencies, equities, world indices, metals, energy, agricultural commodities, and NFTs.

3. Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to purchase from PointCast.

4. Orders, pricing, and payment
All prices are set in USD; where a market's local currency is displayed, it is a converted estimate, and the actual charge is processed in USD via our payment processor, Stripe.

5. Delivery
Because our products are digital, there is no shipping. After payment is verified, our operations team manually sends your file(s) or access details to the email address you provide at checkout. Please make sure this address is correct and check your spam/junk folder if you don't see your order.

6. "Evergreen" quantity model for recurring reports
For report-type products (e.g. weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports), the "quantity" you select at checkout represents the number of upcoming issues you will receive, starting with the next available edition — not multiple copies of the same issue.

7. Cancellations, withdrawal rights, and refunds

8. Intellectual property
All ebooks, reports, alerts, webinars, and course materials remain the intellectual property of Digital Dialog LLC or its licensors. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish any purchased content.

9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digital Dialog LLC's total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including trading or investment losses of any kind.

10. No customer accounts
PointCast operates on a guest-checkout basis. If you lose access to a purchased file, contact us with your order number for assistance.

11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, except that nothing here removes the mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your own country of residence if you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, or UK.

12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the store after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
