PointCast ("PointCast", "we", "us", "our") is an online store operated by Digital Dialog LLC, registered office at 1209 Orange Street, Wilmington, Delaware 19801, USA, registration number 7653990.

1. Scope
This policy applies to pointcast.store and all of its localized/language versions, and covers any personal data we collect when you browse the store, place an order, or contact us.

2. Personal data we collect

  • Contact and order data: name, email address, billing details, order history.
  • Payment data: processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
  • Communications: messages you send via our contact form.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser/device type, and on-site behavior, collected automatically via Shopify's built-in analytics.
  • Market/language preference: which country/language version of the store you use.

We do not require account registration — orders are processed as guest checkout — so we do not hold ongoing customer-account profiles beyond individual order records.

3. How and why we use your data
We process personal data to: fulfil your order and deliver your digital product by email; keep the store secure and prevent fraud; meet our tax and accounting record-keeping obligations; and, only with your consent, send any optional marketing communications.

4. Cookies

5. Who we share data with
We share personal data only with service providers who help us run the store: Shopify, Inc. (e-commerce platform), Stripe, Inc. (payment processing), and our internal operations team (order verification and delivery). We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Digital Dialog LLC is based in the United States; personal data is generally processed in the United States by us and by our service providers. For visitors in the EU/EEA/UK, this means data is transferred outside those regions, under appropriate safeguards.

7. How long we keep data
We keep order and transaction records for as long as needed to fulfil the order and meet our tax and accounting obligations, and delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
