Customers outside the EU/EEA/UK
Because our products are delivered digitally and immediately upon manual verification, all sales are final once delivered, except where the product was not delivered, is materially defective, or was not as described.

Customers in the EU, EEA, or UK
You normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, this right ends early once you have expressly requested delivery to begin immediately and expressly acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. By completing checkout and requesting delivery of a digital product, you provide this consent, and your right of withdrawal for that item ends once delivery has taken place.

How to request a withdrawal or refund
Contact us via our contact form or at support@pointcast.store, stating your order number. We will acknowledge your request and, where it is valid, process the refund to your original payment method without undue delay.
